You can get quick answers to your support and functionality questions with screen sharing software. If you have some service such as TeamViewer or GoToMyPC, then we can use that service to help you. If not, Join.Me is the solution. The service is free. You just have to install a little app that will allow Join.me to show your screen to us at the M1 office.

The Join.me icon will stay on your desktop where it can be used again and again. You won’t have to download and install it again for future support sessions. Just start the app and have your sharing code number read when you call the M1 office.
