We are all connecting screens with each other now, so if you know how we do it, you can pass on this two-minute video. For newbies with it, when you need a question answered we may ask for a screen-connect. If your station has a license for one of these apps (TeamViewer, ScreenLeap) then you know how to invite us to your screen. If not, our preferred apps are Zoho and Chrome Remote Desktop. With Zoho, when we are ready to start the session, you’ll type this into the URL field on your browser: join.zoho.com There, you will enter a one-time session ID that we provide from our side. You enter that and then download and run a little app that will join us. Chrome Remote Desktop is a handy extension for anyone who uses that browser. After it’s installed, you can get your computer to quickly connect with another one running Chrome Remote Desktop anytime you want.
