This isn’t about M1 at all, but radio geeks will find it interesting. I’ve started going through my archives and came across this Rolling Stone article from long ago. It was one of the best-written, most true-life articles about the career I’d immersed myself in from a tender age. The article resonated with me strongly as I’d already had arguments and frustrations with station managers and owners about the music I selected and how I played it.
I scanned this from one of my notebooks of clippings. Here it is as pdf, you can open, download and save: boston tests new music-flunks- Rolling Stone 1-20-1972
