Stuck In View-Only And Recovering From It

As you know, your Music 1 license allows you to install M1 itself on as many computers as you choose to. When running M1 on a local network and working with it from two or more computers, the station’s library file  (that the one with your station name and the extension of  .m1) is to be located somewhere on the network. When M1 is started, it looks to the library database file, copies it to the c-drive and leaves a view-only copy of the file back in the network drive folder.  It can sometime happen that network troubles or other glitches could leave the view-only copy in the folder. If that happens, M1 can open and show the data but no changes can be made.  This six minute video shows and explains how to quickly fix it if need be.
